South Worden Farm Disc Golf
The Farm Disc Golf Experience is back - and this is for all the family! This is a weekend of fun with a highly competitive Disc Golf Course, fabulous countryside, great food and drink, entertainment for everyone and time to relax. We will take you back to the happy days of carefree disc golf weekends in the countryside with something for everyone to do - especially if you, friends or family don’t actually compete!
South Worden Farm is home to Charlie Mead and partner Maggi. The Disc Golf Course has been 6 years in the making and is ready for its first event. It will be an opportunity for all levels of Disc Golf athletes to test their skills - even in this first year. With trees planted and lakes created around this 13th century farmstead it will only become more challenging as the years go by - so be there at the beginning and see what you can do!
Designed by Charlie Mead with DGA Mach X powder coated baskets SWF joins Whitcombe and Burnlaw as a working farm Disc Golf course on the BDGA Tour. Set in 16 acres of farmland amid the rolling hills of N Devon, close to the Atlantic Coast beaches of Cornwall, we are a perfect launchpad to explore the wild countryside of the area.
Camping is available on the farm along with barn space and room for travel vans. Player Registration is only £20. All meals can be provided - which you can choose from below. Accommodation, Breakfast and Lunch for the weekend is only £40 for players, family and friends.
There will also be a bar and ale will be on-tap!
Once you have registered you will be sent a range of options to choose from - including other places to stay and eat if you choose not to be on site.
Disc Zoo and DGA will have a shop at the event and be providing players packs.
This is a PDGA C Tier event - but with prize bonuses and not just for the event!
